Comedy Church is a comedy event that’s one part stand-up and one part satirical church service. The hosts used to be insanely religious people, but are now faithless and destined to burn in hell. In the long term, it’s kind of a bummer. But in the short term, it makes for a pretty funny show.
Although the hosts are atheists, they’re not a--holes. While topics about religious life can vary from silly to serious, they focus on bringing empathy to every interaction. Comedy Church is an entirely satirical congregation and welcomes everyone from every walk of life and from every religious background.
